Todd W. Phares is the Senior Associate Attorney at Kwok Daniel Ltd., LLP and has been a member of the Firm for a decade. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona and has resided in Houston, Texas for over 40 years. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. Mr. Phares received his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in 1994, where his studies concentrated on litigation and he was a strong member of their very successful moot court and mock trial teams.
Mr. Phares has focused his entire legal career on personal injury law and has tried numerous cases to successful jury verdicts. After joining the Firm in 2002 as a litigation associate, he is now the Director of Operations of the pre-litigation department. Mr. Phares serves as the Firm’s chief negotiator and manager of the vast majority of the Firm’s hundreds of active cases, from the first meeting with the client to settlement. Mr. Phares has helped thousands of satisfied clients by bringing their cases to successful resolution by placing their needs and goals first and foremost. As an active member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Todd W. Phares is highly dedicated to serving his clients in a personal, efficient and aggressive manner.
